NSM is an integrative mindfulness approach that brings together contemplative practice, embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and somatic approaches to support greater presence, resilience, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.

This certification is designed for coaches, therapists and helping professionals, mindfulness and meditation teachers, organizational and leadership professionals, and serious practitioners who want to deepen their own practice and develop the skills to bring NSM into their work with others.
